This learning was pivotal in leading him to develop a sound of his own - Indosoul, one that seeks to dissolve barriers, genres and cultures. He has also worked with artists such as A. R. Rahman, Harris Jayaraj, Susheela Raman and Raghu Dixit. A culmination of all this learning & performing over the last 20 yrs is Violin Technique with Karthick Iyer.
Violin technique with Karthick Iyer (VTWKI) is a scientific & systematic online learning method developed by him. It brings together the fundamental Carnatic curriculum with the best of Western violin techniques to enable a holistic learning experience.

- How do I enroll and start learning?

Yes, we have multiple time slots for each level. We will do our best to fit the time slot to your preference. - Will Karthick Iyer teach directly?
The syllabus of VTWKI course has been developed and structured by Karthick Iyer. The regular weekly classes will be taken by his team of Carnatic and Western violin teachers who will follow this syllabus. Karthick will meet the students of each level for a monthly session. - What are the payment options?
UPI(Gpay, Paytm, Phonepe), PayPal, Bank wire transfer. - What is the payment frequency?
Payment is expected in advance for every 3 months. - What platform will the used for the classes?
The classes will be online on the Zoom platform. - Can I record the class sessions?
Video and Audio recording of classes are permitted only after obtaining prior permission from us. All such recordings are to be used ONLY for personal references and are not to be distributed, disseminated, published, or uploaded on any forum. Use of the recordings for any purpose other than for personal reference amounts to Copyright violation, punishable under law. - What happens if I miss a class?
Missed classes will not be compensated. However you can coordinate with other students in your batch to record and share the zoom session. - What are the system requirements?
Acoustic violin or electric violin (with amplification), a computer/tablet with the latest version of Zoom installed, a separate device (phone/tablet) with tanpura, metronome apps installed and connected to a speaker, and a wired/bluetooth headset with mic.
